Outreach at Sheffield Hallam University
Funded by Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Sheffield, Hepp brings together all those with an interest in promoting higher level education and skills to young people and adults across South Yorkshire and North East Derbyshire.
This strategic partnership encourages:

Schemes
A higher education preparation programme starting in Y12 and running through to Y13, SHU Transform gives students the opportunity to explore a chosen subject strand and experience student life at Sheffield Hallam University.

– Five on-campus, full day experiences including a celebration event
– Workshops focusing on key transferable skills Subject tasters and tours
– Opportunity to meet new people and work on a group project set by subject experts

– An online portal with bespoke resources and content
– A dedicated and personal contact at the University

SHU Progress provides support for applicants to Sheffield Hallam University whose personal circumstances might mean that there are barriers to going to university.
