This session is to provide information to ALL supporters of students who have a disability from local authorities, 3rd party organisations and school staff not just SENDCos.
Our FREE online CPD event will help you find out more about “What is a disability” and How all staff can support students with a disability?
This session will cover:
- what is a disability
- how all staff can support disabled students
- disabled student support.
- Disabled Student Allowance (DSA).
- the words/expressions used in higher education and how it is different to school.
- resources available to support disabled students.
